Ingredients:
Half a kg of raw bananas
Gram flour
Rice powder or Rava for coating
Salt
Black pepper
1 teaspoon of Coriander seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
5 green chillies
1 teaspoon garlic and ginger paste
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Peel the bananas and cut them lengthwise into thin slices. Dip them into salt water for 15 minutes.
Grind coriander seeds, cumin seeds, chilies, and black pepper. Then remove the banana pieces from the salt water and coat them properly with the masala add ginger garlic paste to it.
