Here is a quick recipe for making tomato soup:
Ingredients:
1 large onion
2 cloves of garlic, minced
6 tomatoes
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions:
Cut tomatoes in 4 pieces, cut onion in 4 pieces to the pot,
add garlic and ginger, add pepper and steam the mixture in pressure cooker without
adding water to the ingredients.
Once done, blend the ingredients and pass through the
strainer.
Add sugar salt as per taste.
Serve hot. You can also garnish with coriander.
